As a software developer in the Air Traffic Management (ATM) domain, I design, develop, and maintain mission-critical Java/Spring systems, contributing across the full software development lifecycle.
Worked on the development and verification of the constellation acquisition procedure for the LISA (Laser Interferometer Space Antenna) mission, integrating the acquisition logic into the spacecraft control system.
Academic background
Thesis: Computer Vision for Automated Quality Control: Defect Detection in Metallurgical Processes using Deep Learning. Explored and evaluated multiple computer vision models, testing alternative solutions for the same classification problem. Conducted comparative analysis to identify the most effective architectures, with some models achieving 100% accuracy on the provided datasets.
Honours: Computer Science 1 (Python), Computer Science 2 (C#), Structures and Strength of Materials, Control and Guidance and Aircraft Operations.
